The DMZS515 is a fully hydraulic tracked mobile heavy duty screening plant that can be used as a first line screen alone or in conjunction with a primary crushing plant. Applications include quarries, mines, construction waste disposal, topsoil treatment, material recycling, gravel screening, coal and aggregate screening, and can be fed directly through an excavator with capacities up to 500t/h.

Fitted with heavy duty vibrating screening equipment, the tilt angle is hydraulically adjustable from 13° to 19°.

The high performance screen box can be fitted with a wide range of screens, including grate screens, perforated panel screens, mesh screens, needle screens, woven screens, and more.

The vibrating screen can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, which is convenient for later maintenance and screen replacement, and the angle of all discharge belts can be adjusted by hydraulic device.

Intelligent wireless remote control device is adopted to control the crawler travelling, and a single person can remotely operate up and down the special flatbed trailer to achieve fast transfer operation.
