1) The number of engineers who have undergone formal training: At present, we have 15 service engineers who have obtained our company’s qualifications for engineering and technical personnel and work license.
2) Time required to rush to the scene: within 48 hours after receiving the notice.
3) Have the ability to train operation and maintenance personnel on site.
Performance Warranty
The seller warrants the integrity of the system and that all equipment and components are brand new an in good condition.
The seller guarantees to replace any faulty or defective parts free of charge in case of any quality problems within the warranty period. If the user needs to replace the following: damaged parts, quick-wear parts, wear-out parts caused by improper use by the user, human factors, or lack of oil. The users have to pay to the seller for the above parts that need to be replaced. The seller warrants that the parts and equipment to be replaced should be brand new.
