The characteristics and structure principle of MC-Ⅱ type pulse bag filter:
1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-Ⅰtype dust collector, MC-Ⅱtype pulse bag filter adopts QMF-20P pulse valve with low resistance, which makes the service life of the control system of the dust collector and the filter bag etc. more than double than that of MC-Ⅰtype and reduces the maintenance workload.
2. The compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7kg/cm2 pressure to the present 3kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still reach the effect of 5-7kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the scope of use.
3. Due to the structural improvement, the tightness of the equipment is enhanced, and the air leakage can be lower than 10%, which further improves the product quality.
4. Reform the uncovering device, filter bag fixing method, for equipment overhaul and maintenance to improve the labor conditions.
5. The blowing device has increased the protective cover, and the cover structure has adopted rainproof measures, so that the dust collector does not need to set up another rainproof shed when placed in the open air, which reduces the construction investment.
