GMC high temperature bag filter can be divided into internal filter, external filter according to the direction of filtration, according to the position of the air inlet can be divided into the lower inlet bag filter and upper inlet bag filter, according to the pressure in the dust collector can be divided into negative pressure dust collector, positive pressure dust collector and micro-pressure dust collector, according to the shape of the bag can be divided into the round bag dust collector, flat bag dust collector, double-layer bag dust collector and rhombus bag dust collector, according to the way of clearing the dust can be divided into the category of mechanical vibration, compartmentalized blowback, nozzle, and the dust layer of nozzles, the dust layer of the bag is mainly divided into the category of mechanical vibration, Chamber blowback class, nozzle blowback class, vibration blowback class and pulse blowing class. The GMC high temperature bag filter adopts the technology of high pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) high flow pulse valve blowing and clearing the dust one by one, which is able to collect more than 99.9% of the dust from a large amount of ultra-fine powder (particles ≤5μm, content of ≥70% or more) in the gas, and the emission concentration is lower than 60mg/Nm3.
GMC high temperature bag filter structure:
1, box: including bag chamber, pre-collection chamber, clean gas chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton. The box is designed to resist pressure of 9000Pa.
2、Blowing system: main air pipe, blowing pipe, pulse valve, controller.
/3、The ash hopper and ash discharge part has two forms: one is the ash hopper directly connected with the ash discharge valve, and the other is the ash hopper connected with the ash discharge valve through the conveying equipment (such as screw conveyor). The dust collector body is designed as full rigid structure, and the flower plate is made of cold stamping type process, which not only increases the strength but also ensures the quality of the equipment.
