LHF series of rotary blowback bag dust collector is a new type of dust collector that combines the advantages of various types of bag dust collectors at home and abroad, combines the cyclone dust removal mechanism and filter dust removal mechanism, and adopts a special way of dust removal to clean the dust.

The working principle of LHF series rotary blowback bag filter:

When the dust-containing gas stream enters the dust collector, firstly, the cyclone body will separate the large particles of dust and fall into the dust hopper, and the tiny particles suspended in the gas through the airflow distribution device, and then evenly enter the filter room to diffuse in the interstices of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged from the main fan. Dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, with the continuous thickening of dust, the resistance of the filter bag also increases, at this time, the dust collector's fixed resistance differential pressure control system or fixed-time value of the self-control device play a role in triggering the electronic control system to open the switching valve connected to the blowback airflow, through the rotating arm on the mouth, one by one, blowing on the filter bag cleaning, so that the filter bag resistance down to a certain value, to maintain the continuity of the work of the dust collector.

LHF series rotary blowback bag collector has the features of small resistance, low energy consumption, compact structure, good dust cleaning effect and long service life of filter bag. When dealing with dust with high temperature, high viscosity and small material diameter, there are two choices of filtering speed, i.e. 0.5-1m/min or 1-1.5m/min, and the filtering speed of 1.5-2m/min is optional under normal circumstances. The dust collector's no-load running resistance is 500-600pa, when the low-grade filtration air speed movement, the working resistance is between 1000-1400pa, when the high-grade filtration air speed operation, the working resistance is 750-1150pa; when dealing with the dust of Dp>5μm, the dust removal efficiency is more than 99.5%. As the air source of blowback cleaning is drawn from the clean airflow after purification, the temperature difference between the blowback airflow and the internal airflow of the dust collector is narrowed, so that the dew phenomenon is reduced to a limited extent.

The LHF series rotary blowback bag type dust collector produced by Yongjing Environmental Protection has a shielding pallet that can be lifted up and down on the nozzle of the blowback arm, and it can always be attached to the flower plate and slide, so as to solve the leakage of the blowback air volume. The shielding pallet realistically sucks, stops, and blows the three state clearing function, and avoids the reciprocal attachment when clearing between adjacent filter bags; the skeleton is combined in sections, and it is convenient to install and replace the filter bags; the dust removal system is automatically controlled, and the operation and management are extremely convenient; if the upper fan has residual pressure, it can save the backblowing fan.

LHF series rotary reverse blowing bag type dust collector is mainly suitable for capturing fine, dry non-fibrous dust. Using the filtering effect of fibre fabrics to filter the dust-containing gas, bag filter processing: when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, particles of large, specific weight of the dust, due to the effect of gravity settling down, falling into the dust hopper, containing finer dust gas through the filter media, the dust is blocked, so that the gas is purified.
